Online Cancellation Policy
At Trimyxs, we work hard to get orders sent out expeditiously and attempt to process all orders the same day they are placed. Therefore, if an order has been accepted and processed, we will no longer be able to cancel it. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow our return policy and ship the item back to our warehouse.
Customers have 30 days to return the product.
When returning a product, please have the following documents and required information.
All original proof of purchase documents must accompany all returns.
All returns must be in their original packaging and contain all original components. We will accept the return with all the original components, including manuals, nuts, bolts, etc. Upon arrival at our facility, your return will be inspected for all parts and pieces so we can process your refund. Trimyxs reserves the right to refuse any returns upon inspection.
A product return is only eligible if the customer's push lawn mower does not have Trimyxs installed and the lawn mower brand is listed as compatible on our website. Any other defaults, issues, or damages, at this time, are not returnable.
Trimyxs is responsible for covering all shipping expenses incurred when returning a product.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility. You can expect to receive a refund within three weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate three weeks based on these factors:
The time required for return shipping (up to 10 days)
Product inspection at our return facility (up to 5 days)
Processing from our financial institution (up to 3 days)
The customer is responsible for obtaining the tracking number provided by the courier they are using for shipping. Keeping the tracking number for a refund and tracking the shipment is recommended.

Easy Return Process
To ensure a smooth and timely return, please follow these steps:
1. Initiate Your Return Online:
- Complete our online Return Form at ➥ Return Form. This helps us process your request quickly.
2. Print Your Return Receipt:
- After filling out the form, print the provided Return Receipt, which includes your essential Order Number.
3. Prepare Your Return Package:
- Securely place the item(s) you are returning, along with your printed Return Receipt and the Order  Number, inside your return box.
4. Ship Your Return:
- Affix the shipping label (if provided) and send your package according to the instructions on your Return Receipt.
Important Note for Processing: Your return must include the Return Receipt with your original Order Number. This information is crucial for us to identify your return and process your refund or exchange without delay. Returns received without proper identification may be considered invalid.
