We Make Returns Easy

We know things don't always work out, so we've made returns as painless as possible. Here's how it works:

Eligibility Check:

  • Did you purchase your Trimyxs within the last 30 days?
  • Is your lawn mower brand listed as compatible on our website?
  • Is your push lawn mower does not have Trimyxs installed?
  • If you're eligible, fill out the "Returns Request" form below.

Ship It Back:

  • Pack your Trimyxs, all original components, and original proof of purchase documents securely in the original packaging.
  • Attach the shipping label and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
  • Track your return using the provided tracking number.

What Happens Next?

  • Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 5 business days.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed (usually within 3 weeks).
