We Make Returns Easy
We know things don't always work out, so we've made returns as painless as possible. Here's how it works:
Eligibility Check
- Did you purchase your Trimyxs within the last 30 days?
- Is your lawn mower brand listed as compatible on our website?
- Is your push lawn mower does not have Trimyxs installed?
- If you're eligible, fill out the "Returns Request" form below.
Print Your Return Receipt
- After filling out the form, print the provided Return Receipt, which includes your essential Order Number.
Prepare Your Return Package
- Securely place the item(s) you are returning, along with your printed Return Receipt and the Order  Number, inside your return box.
Ship Your Return
- Pack your Trimyxs, all original components, and original proof of purchase documents securely in the original packaging.
- Attach the shipping label and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
- Track your return using the provided tracking number.
Important Note for Processing: Your return must include the Return Receipt with your original Order Number. This information is crucial for us to identify your return and process your refund or exchange without delay. Returns received without proper identification may be considered invalid.
What Happens Next?
- Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 5 business days.
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed (usually within 3 weeks).
