Understanding Your Trimyxs Warranty

Congratulations on your new TRIMYXS purchase! As a small company, we take pride in providing our customers with an exceptional experience and have worked hard to create the best possible lawn care products.

Warranty Details

Trimyxs provides a one-year manufacturer's limited warranty on the Trimyxs attachment from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Trimyxs will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, or other external causes.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, damage to the trimmer line or housing.
  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents.
  • Damage resulting from use of the product outside of its intended purpose.
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, you must contact our support team within the warranty period.

You will need to provide:

  • A copy of your original proof of purchase.
  • A description of the product issue.
  • Photos or videos of the defect.
